Motion

Assignment 5: Motion. The goal of this week's assignment was to capture the essence of motion in a photo. I tried several different methods of capturing motion such as adjusting the shutter speed, changing the aperture, shaking/moving the camera, and experimenting with light painting. Each motion picture is unique with the interesting aspect that you don't actually know what the photo will look like until after you take it.

Depth 2

Assignment 4: Repetition and Foreground/Background. There were two goals of the week, to find depth through repetition and foreground/background. With repetition, I tried to capture the ongoing repetition of the subjects to portray depth. Regarding foreground/background, I attempted to capture 2 subjects--one in the front and one in the back--that connects the photo and brings it all together in a leading and ongoing way.
