Portraits








Assignment 6: Portraits. The goal of this week's assignment was to take pictures of our model that were not posed, rather more natural. Richard Avedon was the inspiration for this set of photos. The pictures were supposed to be in a square form and black and white. Photos should show real expressions, vulnerability, and true character.

  1. Nice work capturing the inner me! :) I really like the photos you chose because they clearly are one I wasn't posing for. These picture clearly illistrate the assignment! My favorites are definitely the third and seventh!! Good work!

  4. Your photos are great! I like how you got your subject to be extremely vulnerable and not posed in any picture. I like how she let herself go and didn't really care about the camera. nice work
